My Dry January Program: Luscious 30
I’m so glad you’re here and I can’t wait to meet you!
Join me, and a small-crew of smart, interesting, courageous people just like you, for a January Alcohol-Break that is luscious, not dry!
Making a Dry January program playful and fun is not just a nice idea or an extra…..it’s essential.
According to all habit experts, for habit-change to stick, we have to give the brain a bigger, better offer, because humans do things for a benefit. So my program is focused on making this adventure about finding MORE in your life alcohol-free, not less.
(If you already know enough to know that you want in, go to this page and click anywhere it says Enroll)
What we’ll do in the Luscious 30 program:
Together we’ll 1) identify and poke holes in our long-held beliefs about alcohol, 2) pay attention to the words we use about this journey - are we seemingly alone in our inability to change this habit and someone who needs to fix something OR are we. a bad-ass on a radical growth adventure, questioning status quo and part of an exciting movement in our culture, and 3) get pumped up about what we’re saying YES to when we say NO to a drink!
There’s more. Lots more, in my new course Luscious 30. (see what others say about the course below).
You’ll band together in a small-group with others just like you. And together we’ll explore some foundational science of habits and craving in ways you haven’t heard it explained. We’ll talk a lot about the power we have over our own thoughts….a new superpower. And especially we’ll dig into the ways and why’s of cultivating play, joy and delight. (These are not “extras” to add in only when you’ve done enough work!!)
Another limitation of the typical Dry January is….it’s limited. So you and the others in the group will each have the option to continue you on with me if you choose, through February and March so that you feel much more solid and comfortable for an empowered 2025 where you feel back in the drivers seat.
What does the program consist of:
Daily video content — rooted in neuroscience and habit-change — created by me.
Daily journal prompts to help you get insatiably curious (curiosity feeds neuroplasticity!!)
Five 75-minute live group-coaching sessions with me.
Special guest speaker(s) to be determined.
Lifetime access to the material.
An online community where you’ll find additional resources and encouragement from me, and a group chat for supporting each other between sessions (no requirement to participate).
A discounted rate on 1:1 sessions with me during January.
Program cost and registration:
$199!! Amazing right? You will be getting SO much content and community. Most people save a minimum of DOUBLE this amount of money by not drinking this month.
If ready to register go here and click where it says Enroll.

Who is this for:
This is for gray-area drinkers. It’s designed for people who are serious about wanting to change their relationship with alcohol, but you do not have to have ongoing total abstinence as your goal.
When we’ll meet:
We’ll meet as a group via Zoom for live coaching sessions each week for 75 minutes, on Thursdays, Jan 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30 at 5:30 pm PT.
What is the time commitment outside of the coaching calls:
That’s up to you. There are daily videos that run an average of 5 minutes, plus daily questions for you to use as journaling prompts.
What other “students” are saying about my courses:
“I love being in this group. I was thinking yesterday I’m just gonna follow you wherever you go.” P.I., 58
Since starting your program, I've quit drinking and discovered an inspiring community. I'm building a life I love, fueled by your insights into human behavior and your fun, creative approach. You’ve definitely helped me find peace and understand myself better, offering resources at just the right moment. S.G., 55
The group program experience with you has been, in a word…energizing. The modules are bite-sized and insightful. At the group coaching sessions I’ve found exactly what I was hoping for which is a space to reflect and talk about what it’s like being on this journey of going alcohol-free, what’s hard, what’s joyful, while learning from others’ experiences, and feeling supported and empowered by it all.” A.W., 51
“I love everything! I can tell how much care and work you have put into this program. I love the upbeat energy and focus on joy, fun and play. I also appreciate all the science and educational components - the handouts are very clear and great resources. I’m enjoying the journal too. I’m looking forward to spending more time with that. I moved ahead and must say I love modules 10 and 11! It’s all gold! “ S.K., 47
