Group Sober October 2022 (including 2 Sept sessions to get ready)
Ugh, my drinking in the summer used to creep upward! Patios and string lights, long summer nights, beach weekends, friends visiting, family reunions, rosé all day! I almost couldn’t wait for the routine of fall. But putting boundaries on drinking didn’t work so well or easily either! (You can read more of my story here.)
So I’ve created the solution that I was looking for! And the results for participants give me goosebumps.
My small-group Alcohol Experiment (8-10 people max) is a stigma-free, shame-free zone, where we focus on the gains and learn the neuroscience that makes willpower unnecessary!!
Data shows that September is the perfect time of year for a new beginning and a great time for an investment in YOU! You will not believe how much you will gain, how much you will thrive when you are able to make alcohol smaller in your life.
We’ll meet on Zoom, Tuesdays, 8:15 am PST/11:15 am ET, September 20 - October 25th - 6 sessions. You don’t need to stop drinking yet! Our Day 1 will be October 1st and our first two sessions will be filled with helpful foundational material and getting to know each other.

This is what past participants said about my program:
"This course has changed the entire direction of my life, and I’m applying what I’ve learned to a whole range of other life goals and issues. Its focus on wellness and joy rather than addiction and guilt were so powerful."
"It’s amazing that 30 days can make such a difference, after trying for years to find that “epiphany” I was looking for. I didn’t expect it to be as easy as it was. Rethinking what alcohol was (or wasn’t) doing for me, without judgement or shame, made all the difference."
“Thank you so much for all your guidance throughout this whole process. I'm so happy I took the leap and reached out to you. I truly believe the information gained throughout this process will alter the course of my life. I'm very appreciative of what you've provided through both the group experience along with the 30 day experiment.”
”I have been meaning to reach out to you but have been so busy having fun and enjoying my new life. I’m sleeping better, less anxiety and so happy.”
This small-group program is based on Annie Grace's Alcohol Experiment - filled with mind-blowing, educational content that pulls all the best new research, science, and cognitive behavior and habit theory into one exciting, supportive, shame-free place. We’ll discover alcohol’s effects on the body and its role in our culture. We’ll learn how to unearth our subconscious beliefs about alcohol. We’ll hold each other accountable and crowdsource our tips, techniques, and observations. I will share tactics on managing cravings, navigating upcoming social events, and alternative ways to de-stress. I’ll shake up some sophisticated NA cocktails for you! The experience will be not only eye-opening but fun.
In a study at the Royal Free Hospital in London, participants in a 30-day alcohol-free experiment reported being: Much happier (92% of respondents) and had Improved Sleep (82%) Reduced Anxiety (74%) and were More Productive (73%) and Lost Weight (73%)!
The Sober October Program consists of:
6 weekly 75-minute Zoom sessions facilitated by TNM Senior Coach Martha Wright (6 X group coaching rate of $100 = $600)
access to Annie Grace’s Alcohol Experiment
twice-weekly check-ins from your coach with supplementary materials and articles relevant to our discussions ($149)
group WhatsApp or text for connection and support during the week as desired by the group
access to Coach’s library of videos, resource guides and worksheets ($149)
The value of this program costs out at $898+ but is offered at $379 if you sign up by September 11th.
Things changed for me when I asked how do I feel (not do I drink too much, how much is everyone else drinking), and what does it cost me to NOT do this? (most participants easily recoup the program fee from not purchasing alcohol during the program).
